What you will need:
Your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers (Duvet/2 pillows each provided)
Your own towels and tea towels etc.
Booking Conditions:
1. Strictly no smoking in the cottage/apartment.
2. Please leave the property in a clean/tidy condition. All traces of your pet - hairs etc to be removed
3. Property available from 1pm on the first day of your holiday. To be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Except Sundays's (short breaks) departure anytime.
4. Breakages/damage, please notify owner/housekeeper. Major damage may be chargable.
5. In case of cancellation - deposit held in credit - if balance has been paid, balance will only be refunded if the property is sucessfully re-let. We strongly recommend that you take out your own UK holiday insurance cover.
6. Top bunk (apartment) is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
7. Owners will not be held responsible for any loss or injury however caused.
